16oz can served in dimpled mug. Canned 1.13.22.

L: Bright hazy orange with a fluffy white head. Pretty standard for a hazy pale ale.

S: Honeyed pine. Melon and tropical fruit. Hints of citrus.

T: Very flavorful. Sweet tangerine and pink grapefruit. Some strawberries. A little bit of green - fresh cut grass, pine forest. Nice hop bitterness to keep everything in check.

F: Soft and fluffy.

O: This beer doesn't really shine in any one aspect, but for me it's greater than the sum of it's parts. This won't blow anyone away it's just a solid easy to drink beer that provides a very enjoyable experience. Pharmakon is a bit "one note" but it does that one note really well.

Fruity and earthy. Big cantaloupe flavor to me, slightly watery, if only crisp, mouthfeel

As advertised, this smells great out of a 16 Oz can into a brandy shifter. Pale straw colored, light, with white foamy head. Smells of intense grassy hops and my nose is drowned in it. The flavor starts with flowery hops and is followed by the blueberry. It finishes with a bitter grassy flavor. There is a yeasty flavor in there too, probably because it is so fresh. I was immediately reminded of drinking a NE beer out of a can. It is amazing how much happy flavor is packed into a pale ale.

growler

Pours a cloudy pale orange golden, white head is fine and retains well. Dissipates to a lacing eventually.

Smells of bright orange citrus, clover honey, a bit of biscuit, and a fruity vibrant hoppiness.

Mild and dry biscuit malt with coriander and a wildflower spiciness over a juicy citrus hop finish.

Medium body with tingling carbonation on the tongue.

A very drinkable and refreshing fruity pale ale, much in the style of other cloudy citrus-foward pales and IPAs that are becoming popular. This goes down all too easy and leaves you wanting more. A must-try.
