We decided to take Jam and dry hop it with Mosaic instead. Peach, pineapple, dark berries, mango, slightly dank, all complemented by the pleasant spice from the rye.

Appearance: Arrives cloudy with a golden hue; the head is impressive and sticky with clumps of lacing
Smell: Tropical fruit and citrus tones with a hint of shortbread sweetness
Taste: Shortbread malt adds a layer of sweetness with the tropical fruits leaning toward papaya, pineapple and mango; ruby red grapefruit adds a citrusy element, after the swallow, bringing a moderate bitterness to the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium to full bodied with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: Dancing Gnome knows their way around IPAs and this is a nice rendition

Pours a yada semi cloudy, aroma is incredible pineapple, earthy, citrus, piney, taste is what I like, sweet yet bitter, citrus and hoppy with a slight malt. My favorite beer of 2024 so far.

pours an opaque, orange-gold. Nose is subtle. Mouthfeel is chewy & fizzy, giving way to a pleasant biscuit flavor that turns to pine. It finishes clean and clear, with a bready note.

Lightly hazed yellow body with a finger of white foam. Dank grainy hops with grassy qualities and a touch of onion anchor the nose to the peach, pineapple, papaya, and orange peel. Taste is a lighter version of the nose, pineapple and orange really stand out amongst the rye and dank hops. Feel is medium to light, especially as it warms, hops cut to keep the palate spiced, rye saves the day to make an interesting and dynamic body. Smell is the clear star, good debut beer

There's not many "single-hop" IPA that can carry the load, but when Dancing Gnome accompany their Vic Secret saturated Jam Hazy IPA with a healthy heaping of Mosaic dry hopping, then the IPA is complete.
Pale and peachy gold, and then wrapped in a turbid matte finish, Mosaic Jam's visual density is crowned with a frothy, ivory cap. As a radiant bouquet bounces from the rim, the nose quickly fills with tropical fruit, citrus, herb and orchard fruit. But starting malty-sweet on the tongue, the sweetness of cereal grain, shortbread and honeysuckle coat the early palate with a buffer of grain sweetness.
As the taste is patiently turned over to the hops, the middle palate shows a steady recession of sweetness. A billowing taste of pineapple, mango and papaya bring a tropical blend of succulence and light tanginess while the citrusy taste of under ripened orange and red grapefruit add a citrusy zing. The roundness of nectarine and the depth of blackcurrant are welcomed complexities that complete the fruit forward display. Trending herbal, spicy and moderately bitter, the IPA's sweetness dries just enough to allow the hop bitterness to show a peppery twinge of curacao liquor and gin.
Medium full in body, the creamy ale offers a great sense of refreshment and drinkability into a semi-dry, malty-dry finish. A fruity afterglow of muddled fruit skins and grassy hemp lead the way into a medium long extension on the after palate.

Tastes of fresh citrus, sourdough and biscuit malt, earthy and tropical hops.
Medium body, tingly carbonation on the tongue.
A very good NEIPA. Gorgeous pour, great aroma and flavor, drinks really smooth. Would drink this regularly.
