Hopped intensely with a mix of Lupulin powder and pellets, this Mosaic/Citra IPA is an aroma and flavor bomb.

A 6% citra and mosaic IPA by Dancing Gnome. The hop bill provides taste and aroma of tropical flavors with a pleasant hop bite and a creamy mouthfeel. A delicious easy drinker. Would be a mainstay for me if available here.

On draft at Union Grill in Pittsburgh, 12oz shared with my girlfriend, so that is reflected in my review.

Pours a nice hazy yellow with some good foam, would be better in a less cold mug or proper glassware. Aroma is soft citrus, mango, and heavy on the peaches. Flavor follows nose, extremely flavorful for such a low abv. Very fruity, slightly sweet, and clean finishing. Low bitterness and heavy on the fruits, particularly peach, clementine, and mango, with a soft wheat flavor on the back end and some gentle bitterness to balance the sweetness. Feel is good, smooth, clean, and refreshing, but not super crisp.

A tasty easy drinker we both loved, this ipa feels like it captures both the depth of hop flavors and drinkability Dancing Gnome does so well. Very good stuff and great for an approachable after dinner treat. My girlfriend was a fan, and she's quite picky.

16 oz can canned 01/03/24 into a nonic glass.
L: SRM 3-4 Pours medium hazy peachy orange that is more transparent at its base, good steady carbo bubbles, a thin white head that goes to a thin skin and stays, medium-light broken lacing, very light sediment at base upon final sip.
S: Pineapple, citrus, sweet caramelized malts, a light fruit cocktail, it is very lightly catty.
T: Citrus & citrus zest, a touch of honey, orange, grapefruit, berries, green melon rind, apricot, moderately tangy, long zesty linger. Quite floral & robust. Becomes more balanced with warming. It is hop frwd with a little hop burn.
F: Lightly brisk then semi-juicy medium bodied feel with a medium-long moderately dry finish.
O: A full-flavored American IPA at 6%. It has a hop burn and is quite fruity with an orange aroma. Very tasty robust fruits and a fairly dry finish. I would buy this frequently were it more available in my area. It is outstanding in its style.

Pours a hazy light orange with fine soapy head.

Smell is juicy and crisp with notes of mango, pineapple, melon, berries and orange juice.

Taste is crisp and juicy with a hint of sweetness. Notes of mango, orange juice, melon and hints of berries and grass. Soft, but distinct bitterness, extremely drinkable.

Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.

Overall, a great APA/IPA hybrid.
