Opaque corn milk yellow with a persistently thick cream white head leaving awesomely thick and chunky layers of lace.

This one has that peanut wafer malt flavor that is unique to Dancing Gnome and a few other NE IPA centric breweries. This peanut characteristic pairs with spicy cannabic resin before the medium body comes to a very dry finish.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy light golden straw hue with a thin white head that fades to leave light wisps and a thin halo.

S - Aromas of nice citrus, musty dank pine, little citrus peel.

T - Taste is similar to the nose big pineapple skin, musty hops, dank pine. How on earth is this galaxy?

M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, bit thin, little softer bodied.

O - Overall this was a rather disappointing beer, not sure how this is galaxy hops.

Serving Type: can

Decent fizzy creamy head fades semi quickly, murky orange banana juice color

Nose big dank hops, mild tropical and pineapple skin, dank musty pine and not great, faint citrus

Taste mineral salt thing, paper, orange pulp pith, rind and pineapple skin like the green pineapple skin, pine sap, spicy notes, creamy milky lactose like, dry spicy pine finish

Mouth is my med bod, decent carb

Overall eh, no galaxy really, hops are really meh

 

 

 

 

 

This ipa is dark golden hazy with a white head. The hop bouquet is awesome, big, and drowns the senses. The flavor starts with a bitter herbal taste and finishes with a pithy citrus like grapefruit. It is unusual and probably an acquired taste, but it is well put together. The body is awesome. I like it.
