16 oz can fresh
Golden and very hazy with big white head
Tons of lacing and head persists
Nose is bursting with flowery hops.
There is sweet tropical fruit in the aroma too.
The flavor is dominated by the slightly bitter hops.
There is orange citrus and grapefruit and some bitter follow through.
The mouthfeel is super creamy.
I love this beer, it has it all going on.

This one pours a partially clear burnt orange color, with a small head, and lots of sticky lacing.

This one smells very Simcoe-y- there's a nice fresh resiny aroma here, with some grapefruit rind, chewy bready malt, and grass.

This is definitely a bit more West Coast inspired than DG's usual shtick, and that's cool with me. The Simcoe provides a clean and clinical bitterness, fresh and never astringent. There's definitely some malt poking through, but it's got a nice crusty fresh breadiness to it. There's some grapefruit too.

This is light bodied and pretty clean, with a very high level of drinkability.

This is a nice change-up from the usual Dancing Gnome hazeboi revue.
