16oz can fresh
The pour is a typical DG pour of golden haze with graded darkness towards the top and a white foamy head.
The aroma was fantastic evoking a flowery bouquet.
The taste was really interesting and complex. I was getting all sorts of dank and bitter herb out of it. While it was not the most appealing DIPA flavor (think tropical fruit or citrus), it had a layered complexity.
The feel was pretty standard and medium to heavy. The beer had some nice lacing on the glass. It was definitely dry.
Overall, this beer is appealing more for the intellectual curiosity than the immediate flavor gratification. It was well put together and if you like trying unusual new flavors, this fits the bill.
