Had this on 2019-01-23 in Columbia, PA from a 16oz canned on 2018-12-19
A - Partially-clear amber-brown with a 1-finger light tan head that fades quickly leaving light lace
S - Bread, milk chocolate, hint of coffee and earthy spice. Mild but pleasant
T - Caramel, toasted raisin bread with orange marmalade while drinking a glass of chocolate milk. Finish retains the malt sweetness with bit of roasted bitterness for balance. Very tasty.
M - Medium body and light-medium carbonation. Creamy and soft. Nice.
O - This is a very enjoyable brew, which is all about balance. Doesn't knock you over the head with any aromas or flavors but it all comes together for an eminently enjoyable Bock beer.
