This is the 2nd in our monthly DIPA series named after birds indigenous to Western PA. February 2019. Well hopped with Ella, Mosaic, and Amarillo.

16 oz can a couple of weeks old. The can pops.
Poured into a brandy shifter with a finger of fizzy white head that quickly dissipates.
Dirty golden brown color.
Smells of tropical juice like mango.
Taste of tropical juice and a little musty like Brettomyces or wet hay. The barn thing.
Body is light to medium.
Overall, a tasty ipa.
