Pours dark gold with big foamy white head
Smells funky like Brett, tropical fruit, and citrus zest.
Tastes like deeply rich tropical fruit with a bitter citrusy finish.
The mouthfeel is ordinary.
Overall, the appearance and aroma are the stars here. The flavor is complex and multi-layered, but too bitter on the finish.

Pours hazy orange, yellowish head is pillowy and retains as a sudsy lacing.
Aroma is of orange citrus, cracker and cereal malts, zest, herbal tea and floral notes.
Flavor is of sourdough bread malt with orange citrus and tropical fruit notes over hemp, herbal tea and floral notes, and pine and zest hops.
Medium to full body, stinging carbonation on the tongue.
The bird series continues to represent the best work of DG like the flower series before it. This is another must-try for fans of juicy IPAs. Great flavor and aroma, drinks super smooth, and that unique DG malt profile is present as always.
