L: Looks like pineapple juice or better yet, a mimosa. About a finger of a loosely packed head with minimal traces of lacing.
S: Citrusy and hoppy with some peppery spice
T: Follows the nose. Citrus up front, namely grapefruit, with a vegetal/oniony profile mid way through. Finish is grassy and black peppery with orange in the after taste. The hop profile is refreshing and surprisingly dominant from such a low abv.
F: Medium in body, light in weight. Does not feel overly watery for the style with a punctual carbonation.
O: I am thoroughly enjoying this. Loads of flavor for the abv. Dancing Gnome delivers, again. I am very glad to try. Cheers!
