Canned 10/11/19
L: Hazy orange yellow with zero clarity. About a finger and a half of head yielded from a standard pour with generous amounts of stark-white lacing.
S: Melon, apricot, lemon, orange and trace honey. Slight floral aspect to the beer as well.
T: Deep and rich citrus flavor, with grapefruit and orange dominating the flavor. Peach and pineapple at the finish with honey in the after taste. Nice lemongrassy hop character at the finish. If i can rate a flavor around 4.3 I would. I really am enjoying the flavor.
F: Medium in body, medium in weight with lower carbonation. It is soft, smooth, creamy and silky with zero evidence of booze. A mouthfeel done right by my books.
O: I am loving this collab. The contrast between the new-age hop profile and the honey really works nicely. As a whole, this beer is something that I would gladly revisit and recommend. I am very glad to have tried. Cheers!
