Sampling a lightly chilled 16 oz can poured into my stange. The can is date stamped 11/06/2024.
Beer pours a bright clear golden color with fluffy bleached white head of about 1.5 cm. this foam fades and leaves some scattered lattice on the sides of the glass. Several lazy streams of carbonation rise towards the surface of the beer.
Aroma is biscuits and some floral honey with just a little husky grain too. Overall nose is mild and appealing to this reviewer.
First sip reveals a light body with fine and slightly prickly carbonation and very smooth texture. Drinks very easy.
Flavor is some biscuit and grainy malt with again a little honey and then some sweet white grape note kicks in on the finish.
The beer is also very dry on the swallow, encouraging me to take another sip.
This is a pretty nice kolsch, the white grape flavor works for me. Id gladly buy this one again.

L - From the can, poured a slight hazy gold with a thin white head that quickly dissipated. No lacing. Haziness remained.
S - Light grain and cracker nose.
T - Light malt and grain with a hint of citrus fruit. Faint hop bitterness on the finish. Very balanced and approachable.
F - Light-moderate body and carbonation, the latter of which dissipated quickly. Nice dry finish.
O - I was a bit surprised about the haziness and the lower carbonation. However, this is a very enjoyable beer.

Appearance: Arrives a fairly clear golden color with a chill haze and a one finger head; decent retention and a few squiggles linger
Smell: Grainy and bready aromatics with a hint of herbal hops
Taste: Opens bready with a fruity aspect that lingers into the finish; relatively dry with an herbaceous aspect
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A little different from other Kolsches I have tasted but decent

Can't really find any complaints with this. Great all around.

Clear bright gold with a solid white head of classic fizzy yellow drink bubbles leaving some stellar cobweb lacing behind.
On the drier side, making it more drinkable for me than most kolsches, this has an herbal hoppiness that pulls it closer to pilsner, but with a little white grape as well as a touch of roasted corn.

Thanks to Adrock314 for this one from the recent Can Cans BIF. 16oz can (dated 10/27/20) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a very cloudy (cloudier than any other Kolsch I can recall) pale yellow color with 3/4 inch of white head that had decent retention and lacing.
The aroma had a slight lemon aspect at the front, with the grain showing behind it.
Similar on the tongue, with the addition of a nice hop bite at the back of the palate that lasted for a few moments.
The body was smooth, light, crisp, and had a dry finish.
Drinkability was good, smooth and easy.
Overall, once past the Looks, this is a nice brew. Atypical for the style, but still enjoyable. Worth trying if you see it.
