Thanks to Pinz412 for this one from his NBS BIF #13 box. 16oz can (dated 2/25/21 with the name Rosalie Haizlett also printed) poured into 12oz goblet, also from Pinz. Poured a solid black color with a quarter inch of light brown head that had good retention and light lacing.
Good roast over nice grains at the front of the aroma, with no real hop presence.
Very similar on the tongue, with a touch of chocolate showing up.
The body was medium, smooth, carried good carb throughout, and had a semi-dry finish.
Drinkability was very good, an easy quaffer for sure.
Overall, a very solid and enjoyable brew. Certainly worth a shot if you see it.

Had this on 2021-03-07 near Pittsburgh, PA from a 16oz canned on 2021-02-25
A - Dark opaque brown with a 2-finger light brown head and very good lace.
S - Mocha espresso. Caramel covered nuts.
T - Charred bread, black coffee with a short dash of Hershey syrup. Roasted bitterness in the dry finish. Not much residual sweetness.
M - Light body and medium carbonation.
O - Plenty of flavor although more bitter and dryer than my favorite for this style, which is Samuel Smith's Taddy Porter. This is certainly impressive at just 4.4% and I'd gladly have it again.
