Collaboration with Jackie O's. A Bourbon Barrel Aged Barleywine whose base was brewed with Meadowfoam honey and laid to rest in Russel's Reserve barrels for a resulting blend that gives you rich notes of whiskey soaked vanilla, dark cherry, plum, marshmallow, and sweet chocolate.

Who on earth am I to judge one of the best collaborations of one of the best styles, ever! Not me! This is indescribably delicious and well worth the price I paid!

Orange brown opaque body, tan head. Really nice barley up front in the nose with fig, bourbon and molasses backing. Taste has big barley and bourbon barrel, supporting fig, molasses, thin caramel, and a touch of orange peel. Feel is very warm with booze and barley, thinner and dry. The wife liked it

Poured at fridge temp. Pours a murky brown with a thin layer of off-white head. The nose is fantastic. Smooth notes of toffee, figs, vanilla, honey, maple, and bourbon.

The taste is incredible. Tons of barrel hits immediately. I can taste the bourbon, and I love it. It's not harsh or boozy, which can sometimes happen with these barrel-forward beers. However, this just punches with flavor and not booziness, if that makes sense. Honey, marmalade, strawberry jam, figs, and vanilla. Lovely sipper!

Always down for the Jackie O’s experience & I’ve devoured almost no Dancing Gnome(s). 500ML bottle; pretty fractured deep purple label.

The pour is mucky with equal parts brown & dull red. Perfect thin circle of bubbles right in the middle of the glass (professionally poured). Odd aroma for a b-wine, mostly sweet honey & fresh-turned earth.

Way Way Way Up is way way way weird, & not like a barleywine in any way way. Taste mimics the nose with damp dirt, honey, & a burst of alcohol that gets into the sinuses. Mid-palate is gritty & very oaky. A bit thin, but that makes it easier to drink, & it improves as it warms.

Interesting beer. Dirt wasn’t on the label but it’s clearly in the beer. Pretty good brew.

A rare barleywine makes its way in. Jackie Os and Dancing Gnome collabed on this so I had to try. Another honey brew that blends well with the dark fruits and vanilla. Honey is a great addition to this style because it really fits the profile. Starts to blend into butterscotch. Strength is perfect, no burn.

Muddled acorn brown with a thin khaki blanket.

The flavor profile is boozy but caramelly bananas Foster and butterscotch with a hint of cherry lozenge.

Pours a murky, dirty light brown color; dense, lively carbonation; thin, patchy, fizzy head, light khaki color. Very pleasant aroma; sweet; cherry and plum; raw oak. Outstanding taste; caramel and vanilla; light phenol flavor; plum and tobacco; a mild suggestion of milk chocolate; bourbon. Heavy mouthfeel yet soft and velvety; delicate stickiness; light touch of alcohol warmth.

The looks don't amount to much, but everything else comes out just fine. Pretty easy to drink even with its high ABV.

This is really nice, plenty of earthy honey, lightly charred caramel, and smooth whiskey take center stage. At the edges are sugary roasted nuts, marshmallow, stone fruit, and vanilla with just a bit of a lingering boozy, oaky bite. Not super sweet overall, this strikes a pretty nice balance. The light carbonation is reminiscent of a classic Jackie barleywine but the body is just a touch thinner. Thoroughly enjoying this overall.
