On tap at The Sheffield in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a fairly hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells pretty peachy, with a nice dank and green bitterness.
This has a really nice bitterness to it – stuff that I’ve had with Strata tends to have a really pleasant bitterness while also remaining appropriately juicy for the style. There’s stone fruit and strawberry here, orange tangerine, and a peppery, spicy, and piney bitterness on the back end.
This is light bodied, crisp, clean, and quite drinkable.
I’m happy to see Dancing Gnome locally, they’re definitely one of the best Pennsylvania breweries.
