Appearance: Pours the color of midnight oil with a tan film that fades; spots of lace
Smell: Bourbon tones intermingle with chocolate, vanilla, licorice, coconut and almond
Taste: Vanilla and licorice blend with the blossoming Bourbon flavors as the chocolate, coconut and almond tones build; boozy Bourbon flavors linger into the finish with an almond paste accent
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with low carbonation; warmth in the gullet
Overall: The Bourbon is well-integrated but it is the almond aspect here sets this one apart from others of the genre
