Pours mostly clear light lemon gold, frothy sugar white head is slow to dissipate to a film.
Aroma of light citrus and fresh grassy notes.
Flavor is of mild citrus, fresh grassy notes, some funky yeasty tones, and a light cracker malt finish.
Light to medium body with gentle carbonation on the tongue.
Very tasty and bright ale, drinks smooth and easily, refreshing in the hot summer. Worth trying while you can find it. As far as I know this is only available at Alberta's Pizza as it is a collaboration beer.
