Clear pale gold with a level white head of dense foam at moderate height.
Damn near giving Heineken vibes, grassiness goes to 11, beyond verdant, a little astringent, just shy of metallic, challenging the pleasantness tolerance of bitterness. Backing is toasted corns and grape nuts, but very mildly so.
It's crisp as all hell, and quite cleanly dry.
