Taste: Big dry hop notes come first, citrus, bready, some malt. mineral water in background. Tropical, floral, grassy hopped nose. Ruby/Brown color, clear, smaller head with delicate lace. Complex aroma really comes out in tulip glass. 69 IBUs

Growler from the brewery.
Pours into a mug with a froth head of offwhite foam. Dark reddish copper body, sharp clarity, visible carbonation.
Smells like buttered biscuits and light citrus zest.
Taste is much the same, buttery biscuit suggests a diacetyl presence though its not distracting. Moderately bitter with a light citrusy hop presence. Medium bodied, ok and somewhat balanced by the hop presence.
Overall its ok, seemed like the most balanced and drinkable option from this new startup brewery.
