Belgian-style saison with a fruity nose – also available infused with passionfruit (Belga con Pasion).

On tap at the brewery; poured into a snifter.
Appearance- hazy, straw yellow. Not much carbonation and a very thin white head. Lacing is minimal.
Smell - blend of tropical, citrus and stone fruit; sweet and tart.
Taste - primarily sweet and fruits as presented in the nose, with enough Belgian yeast to calm it down!
Feel - the Belgian yeast mellows this out, but a touch to sweet and tart overall.
Overall - this is promoted by the brewery as a saison, not a Belgian strong pale, and I agree. This is a tasty beer, but just a bit too sweet and tart to make it outstanding.
