This one happened to be on nitro and while that gives it a great mouthfeel and a beautiful appearance I felt that it softened the edges almost too much on this one. It nixed some of the nuances of the chocolate and the chilis. It could have been done to make it more palatable for the new comers which makes sense but this could have really opened up off nitro I feel.
