Big rich malt tones are reinforced with lactose for sweetness and balanced off by the addition of clove, cinnamon, ginger, and more cinammon. Think like a pumpkin ale without the pumpkin. Named after the mythical red unicorn which is said to deliver the Salt Spring shaman out of the woods to bless our beer and mountain spring.
