From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This bock pours a medium
dark ruby tinged brown color with a subtle head of white
foam that dissipates quickly leaving a thin ring. Nose of
brown sugars, subtle breaded malts, and light grain notes
amongst caramel and light fig notes. Flavors follow but lightly
surpass the nose with definite fig and caramel notes amongst
light brown sugars and light bread and grain notes. Decent
mouth feel; medium body, low carbonation, and a moderately
dry finish.
Overall, a decent little brew but underwhelming compared to
some of their other offerings.
Cheers
