A: Pours more clear than "cloudy" as advertised. A one finger white head forms and recedes quickly. Light lace is left behind.
S: Citrus and floral hops up front. Cereal grains and light bready aromas. I don't get much of any wheat character here. What is here, is kind of nondescript and blah.
T: Like the nose, citrus and floral hops up front. Then cereal grains come out, and just take over. Maybe some bready flavors. Though I don't get any wheat at all. If I did not know better, this is closer to a simple Blonde Ale than anything.
M/O: This has a light body with moderate carbonation. It does not that great effervescent pop, or ultra smoothness that I love with wheats. Inoffensive and easy to drink. Though not a lot that I really want to come back to.
Seems more of a very average, and that is being generous, Blonde Ale. No wheat here that I can tell. If you can't compete with Weisse Versa or Live Oak, I don't think you should try in this market. A very week attempt IMO.
