Would I buy this again? Canned date is 1/2/19 and I drank it on 1/30/19. This was damn good and definitely better then expected. I'd absolutely purchase again. I do have some worries about taste & feel consistency being that the brewery is relatively young and new to the distro game.

But served fresh, this thing is right on. Definitely an underrated brew outta the Houston craft market.

A: Pours a clear pale orange/red color. A small white head forms that recedes quickly. Light lace is left behind.
S: There is an overall nice hop character. Nondescript, but "tropical." Then comes a distinct malty and cereal grain aroma. Bitterness lingers, which is not overbearing at all, and very much enjoyable.
T: Like the nose, an overall nondescript "tropical" fruit flavor which is enjoyable. Malty cereal grains come next. A lingering bitterness last for a while. Which is not a bad thing.
M/O: A medium body. Effervescent and crisp carbonation. Clean and smooth at the same time. Easy to drink. Something I will look forward to next time I visit.

A very good Pale Ale. The hops are Mosaic and Citra, which are put to good use. A good standard to come back to and something to look for while at the brewery.
