Collaboration with Reformation Brewery & Boomtown Brewery
November is National Adoption month. To celebrate we brewed a collaboration between Platypus Brewing (Houston, TX) Reformation Brewery (Woodstock, GA), & Boomtown Brewery (Los Angeles, CA). A joint release this Nov, this beer raises funds & awareness in support of children seeking forever homes in our communities, and celebrates our personal adoption stories. In Houston we are supporting DePelchin Children’s Center. With a Texas twist, this hazy IPA has a vibrant yellow hue. The aroma gives notes of tropical fruit. The body is smooth, and the taste is of tropical fruit with a subtle hint of citrus. The slight hoppy bitterness in the finish reminds you that you're drinking an IPA.
