This is a great hot weather Pale Ale
Look: semi-clear light yellow with a thick white head
Aroma: biscuit, citrus, floral hops
Taste: The flavor is bread, biscuit, hint of some citrus and piney/floral hops, modest bitterness but it is great in the heat.
Body/Overall: light body

I tried this beer in the city of Athens whilst vacationing in Greece. It poured a hazy golden with white head that left a spotty lace. The scent had subtle citrus hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet malt presence and a citrus hop finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.
