A 330ml can with a BB of Sept 2017, so it's just out of date. Acquired a while back from Trembling Madness in York.
A: Poured into an IPA glass. Can conditioned. A deep orange-amber hue with intense carbonation and plentiful fine sediment. Produces a vast head of fluffy white foam that lasts for a while before slowly reducing to a persistent surface layer. Nice lacing.
S: Aroma of intensely resinous hops with hints of pine, weed, grapefruit, citrus, herbs, caramel malt and earthy yeast. Super hoppy - nice!
T: Tastes of seriously aromatic hops with notes of pine resin, dank weed, citrus, peel, herbs, caramel malt and earthy yeast. Quite dry, with a strident, hop-driven bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with lively carbonation and good body. Astringent hop oils strip the palate. Aftertaste of extremely bitter hops, pine resin, citrus, caramel malt and earthiness.
O: Great - a hop avalanche of bitterness and aromatics. Looks lovely, while the aroma and flavour are replete with pine-laden hops underpinned by malt and yeast. Nice body. One for the hop-lovers out there; worth sampling if you come across it.

Tap @ The Hope and Anchor, Bristol - Pours cloudy amber with a small foamy head. Aroma - citrus - grapefruit/melon notes. Taste - sweet, citrus again=grapefruit predominates, nice crisp light bitter finish. Lovely pale ale.
