The brewer tells me this is more like a hopped down India Red Ale.
Taste: Deep malt roasted rye like notes followed by spicy wet hops, clean finish. Malty spice nose. Dark copper color, mostly clear, tall tan head with sticky lace on glass. Medium body, almost full body. Crisp bite around 45 IBUs.
