Our porter blended with Last Dance cold brew coffee. Notes of freshly baked bread, semisweet chocolate, and light roasted malt meld with subtleties of caramel, plum, raisin, and pumpernickel bread. Smooth, refreshing and very drinkable.

DEEP DARK BROWN, nice tan head, beautiful malty coffee aromas, perfect blend of top shelf coffee and artisan porters blend fora match made in heaven. This is the best pure coffee porter i've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Hard not to give straight 5's across the board, but damn this is one to get!

Pours very dark brown, and is obsidian black in the glass. A thin, light khaki foam leaves some lace on a PBGC Malty 2 glass.
Mocha is quite strong and more bean forward than brew forward. Cocoa nibs play well with deep toasted malt. Toasted pumpernickel also comes to mind, as well as lactose sugar.
The flavor generally follows the nose, although, with diminished chocolate. Roasted bitterness is stronger than the sweetness. The toasted pumpernickel is particularly nice and subtle. A mild, lingering finish extends the flavor profile for a minute.
A medium to full bodied beer with a woolly texture. Alcohol is slightly higher than expected. Carbonation is soft, and there is a hint of pleasant astringency.
Unruly Mystic is a good, relaxing beer with lots to explore, though nothing is too deep. I enjoyed this can while catching up on the news one cold Tuesday evening.

A: Pours an opaque yet still clear extremely dark brown approaching black in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate dark chestnut brown + dark cola brown colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense fizzy foamy dark tan head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of freshly brewed coffee over the top of moderate aromas of dark roasted malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. Very light aromas of earthy hops.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of dark roasted malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of fresh cold brew coffee. Light flavors of earthy hops. There is a moderate amount of roasty bitterness which lingers well through the finish.
M: Medium bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Smooth.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. Very enjoyable with really nice cold brew coffee flavors and aromas over the top of a well constructed base porter. Definitely worth the grab.
