Poured a black body with minimal head and lace. The aroma is mostly of roasted malts and a slightly dirty, burnt cocoa. Sweet and mild chocolate taste, different from aroma, in a medium to heavy full body that is a tad sticky and a slow sipper. Easy to drink as the chocolate is neither cloying or too dry, and while the beer has some heft it's not overly malty, and while one could say it's a one-note beer with really only a mild chocolate taste I found it enjoyable and relaxing.
