Brewed with our house Belgian yeast strain, Uncle G, we're taking this classic Belgian fare and adding our own twist. It's a big beer, with strong Belgian esters of ripe bananas and bubblegum, but you won't miss the floral and stonefruit notes that follow. Smooth honey and honeysuckle, earthy chardonnay grapes, and a full-bodied, lingering finish. This beer is the cracking of ice. The first deep breath of Spring air and fresh dirt. Sunshine burning through clouds.

Picked up a 500 ML bottle from the Blue Door Bottleshop in Hendersonville 9-29-22 for $9.50. No bottling date; consumed 1-22-23.
Beer poured dark golden with a beautiful white head that has some great hang time.
Nose is ester forward with notes of banana, bubble gum, and peaches.
Taste follows the nose as the larger malt base takes on and displays the lovely notes of banana and bubblegum. Mid sip am catching a pleasant peach accent. Finishes well balanced and not sweet.
Mouthfeel is heavier than i like for the style but is very smooth.
Overall a really interesting take on the strong pale ale style. The brewing team did a really good job!
