Archetype Brewing

We got together with our friends down the road New Belgium AVL to create a beer that we just really want to drink. In true collaborative spirit, we sat down with a couple of beers and a blank piece of paper and let the beer almost create itself. Inspired by the Kellerbiers found in the Bamberg area of Germany we crafted a balanced, unfiltered lager using yeast from the Andechs Abbey in Bavaria.
