New Holland Brewing - The Knickerbocker

 

 

Was absolutely blown away by our visit here, and I'm kicking myself that I didn't stop in on any earlier trips to Grand Rapids. Even with measures take to deal with the governor's orders related to COVID19, the staff were able to make the experience pleasant and relaxing. The building itself is beautiful on the inside, with a shop stocked full of beer, seltzer, pre-mixed cocktails, and liquor. Table, bar, and outdoor seating available depending on what you like. Lots of unique choices on the menu; we shared a delicious pickle pizza and an appetizer of cheese curd Tater tots with smoked pulled pork. Cannot recommend this place more.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Love this new taproom and brewery from New Holland, a beautiful building with a fantastic outdoor dining and rec area with cornhole and giant jenga. The beers are just okay, but the brewer went out of his way to ask our small group if we wanted a tour of his equipment, to which we of course agreed. Loved the fact that I could drink a brew and have a great conversation with the brewer while learning about his process, very down to earth dude and the creator of Tangerine Space Machine! The selection is quite jaw dropping.

 

The vibe here was awesome. The food was very good. We be back here often.

 

 

 

Superb multi room and multi floor complex in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan...including a well stocked gift shop...seems we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor eating/drinking area during our two visits....awesome place for a group, for a date or for a few pints with the guys...loads of the expected New Holland beers on tap and quality and enjoyable food options...just go to check out and enjoy this place when in the area
