Amber color with a thick off-white head with good retention.
Mild citrusy aroma with notes of grapefruit, pine and lemon. Hints of honey and dough.
Flavor with notes of grapefruit, spices, slightly toasted malts, papaya, flowers and finishing with clear piney notes. Dry and bitter aftertaste. Its 60 IBUs is sure showing up.
Medium body with tickling carbonation. Alcohol of 7.5% is well disguised.
Well balanced India Pale Ale, still it is hoppy forward. Straight forward with assertive piney and floral notes. Some papaya notes that are not my preference which gives a British accent.
