We brewed this Icelandair Pale Ale (IPA) to celebrate the arrival of the new Boeing 737 MAX aircraft. Its blend of Pacific Northwest hops and European malts is a refreshing homage to the Icelandair journeys it will take you on.

Pours a golden, bright orange with a light fog to it. Head atop is a finger in height and khaki in color. Aroma is herbal, floral, citrus, and tropical fruit notes. Flavor profile is awash with hop notes, hitting herbal, floral, light dank, citrus, and tropical fruits along the way. Mouth feel is lightly fizzy, but is otherwise crisp. It has a medium thickness. Overall, a good, straightforward IPA jam full of modest hops. It's a fair companion for transatlantic flights.
