Pours a hazy, light purple coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and bright passion fruit and blackberry notes, with the passion fruit dominating. Taste is a great balance of light biscuity malt and vibrant, natural passion fruit and blackberry notes, with the blackberry coming through a bit more on the tongue than in the nose, with a good underlying acidity. Finishes with a medium acidity and some passion fruit and blackberry lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

This makes for a very nice, quite refreshing Kettle Sour with vibrant and well-balanced passion fruit and blackberry notes that go together better than I had expected, as well as a good acidity and mouthfeel. I maintain that Kettle Sours are the perfect summer beer and this is just more prove of that, being quite fruity and easy-drinking, with that acidity adding a real, refreshing kick to this.
