Brett Brux var. Drei finished Berliner Weisse style beer. After primary fermentation, this beer spent 101 days in a freshly dumped Chardonnay barrique on Pinot Noir grape skins. It was bottled in 750 mL bottles with orange blossom honey and was condtioned to 3.2 volumes of carbon dioxide for an effervescence appropriate to a Berliner Weiss style beer.

750ml bottle at share. Pale straw color, small bubbly head. Light tart aroma, grassy, floral. Taste is gentle tartness, with some grape juice notes. Not overly tart, kind of sweet.
