Funk you wouldn't believe. If this wasn't beer, you'd wipe it down with Clorox wipes. However, it's one of the most unique, and complex smelling sours I've had in a while. It's blue cheese, feet, vomit, oak, cherries.. Taste is very cherry forward, great tartness, dry as a bone., great funky finish. Cantillon-level lambic. Not exaggerating.
