Bottle pour. 750ml cork and cage. Snifter glass. Darker golden yellow body. One finger white head. Straw, a moderate acetic acidity, light cider-like dryness. Fairly bland, not too complex. Slightly astringent hay on the finish that bothers me some. Lighter medium body. Decent carbonation. Nothing too special, especially for a members-only beer. There are better sours on the shelf than this one.
