First one from this fine brewer. Mostly clear bronze with a white cap. Smell starts barnyard funk, wood, grape must, hay, apple esters and flowers. Taste has a huge hit of honey, brett and lemon in comparison, want all the funk intensity from the nose, though still present. Wine is more front and center too. Feel is funky, slightly acidic, bright and sneaky high in carbonation.
