Gose is not my thing, but this sounded intriguing, brewed with salted Japanese plums.
Had it from tap poured into a shaker pint glass. Murky yellow with a thin white head and light lacing. The smell of this beer is fantastic: bright, fresh and fruity. The taste is also fruity, berries, plums, sour and tart.
