Matte black with a dense tan head of moderate height slowly settling to a fine film and creamy collar leaving wobbly lacing.
Roasty and smoky at first, it almost becomes woody before veering into a sweetening and brightening yeast that provides a sort of raspberry-like accent, exhaling a touch of licorice.
The fluffy but medium-light body finishes paper dry.
