L: Pours a slightly pale peachy color that is a bit opaque with a nice large foamy head that leaves no lacing on the glass.
S: The aroma is a little lighter that expected, some light peach notes, a bit of tartness, light hints of Brett, a few tropical notes and some light toasted bread.
T: A nice lemony tartness begins, with a note of Brett note and a light corn, a bit of peach and a hint of cherry.
F: Slick medium body
O: A decent beer but it seems to be missing something that I can't quite put my finger on.

Purchased a bottle of this beer from the brewery.
Poured into a shaker pint (on travel, don’t have my beloved tulip). Cloudy light yellow color with a brief effervescent white head and little lacing. Funky, lemony smell and taste. The local corn added does a great job of rounding out and smoothing the flavor. Tart but mellow and rustic. Excellent beer to share with dinner.
