Cloudy amber color with a very modest off white head.
The aroma is biscuits, honey, cinnamon, vanilla and vinegar.
The taste is sour apple cider vinegar, biscuits, oak, spice and vanilla. The body is medium, moderate carbonation.
Altogether, this is a very interesting and enjoyable brew, refreshing, moderate tannin bitterness but definitely tart/sour. This is not something I would drink on a daily basis but I do enjoy something definitely a little different on occasion, very interesting.
