Our second collaboration with Lost Industry - a banada & cherry lacto smoothie sour! Wonderfully acidic with a fruity sourness. Note - there may be banana pulp in the bottle - for best results, pour 3/4 of the bottle, then agitate before pouring the rest. Ensure nothing is left in the bottle!

330ml bottle served in a tulip. Best before 2018 printed on the back label. Pours a dull, brownish-orange with a murky clarity and a loose, quarter inch, off-white head that sizzles and pops as it dissipates towards the edges. Copious tiny bubbles are present effervescing in-solution and adhering to the walls of the glass. Nose expresses tart cherries, banana esters and lactose. Taste follows nose - big hits of acetic acid - citrus cherries and then lactose towards the finish. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with an assertive carbonation and acidity that lingers at the back of the throat between quaffs. Overall, really quite tasty but holy heartburn this beer is acidic!
