Flaked oats and wheat give this beer an opaque, hazy orange color, and a pleasantly thick mouthfeel. Ample amounts of Mosaic and Citra hops are used, but they are added in the fermenter rather than during the boil. The result is a semi-sweet, super juicy, aromatic hazy IPA. Perfect for quenching a Reptar’s thirst.

This is a great, citrusy beer with minimal bitterness. Reminds me of Foundation’s Epiphany in Maine, but closer to home. Really glad to find this one.

Can dated 7/12/22 into clear plwstic cup (hey I'm on vacation on an island - give me a break). Pours a deep honey-gold with a brief off-white head. Good lacing - especially for a plastic cup. Initial impression is fairly malty, but with a bit of pine resin bitterness and some citrus rind. Mouthfeel is on the thick side of medium. Finish fades to a slight pine bitterness. My first beer from this brewery. Quite good. Would love to try it on tap.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Hazed dark golden pour. Foamy white head leaves great lacing. Some hop sediment at the bottom of the can.
S: Bright and citrusy with some tropical fruit.
T.F: Semi-sweet... light grains followed by tropical fruit/citrus hops. Tangerine and pineapple... a bit of mango/peach. Medium bodied. Sticky on the tongue. Well carbonated.
O: A very solid NEIPA. Easy drinking and good flavor.

A: Pours a very hazy medium to dark burnt orange in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright orange + honey + dark golden yellow + copper colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy beige head that slowly reduces a to a medium sized patch of thick film covering a little more than 25% of the surface of the beer along with a handful of small patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit + tropical/mango + tropical/papaya + tropical/pineapple + citrus/tangerine hops over the top of moderate aromas of biscuit + toasted + caramel + oat + wheat malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + toasted + caramel + oat + wheat malts with a light to moderate amount of caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit + tropical/mango + tropical/papaya + tropical/pineapple + citrus/tangerine hops which impart a light to moderate amount of bitterness which fades away fairly quickly leaving moderate lingering citrus + tropical hop flavors.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of creamy soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very enjoyable creamy soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Really nice combination of tropical + citrus hop flavors and aromas. I could easily have a couple of these and they are very solid.

Overall nice feel and flavor. For me: it’s missing something. Can’t put my finger on it. Like a nice dinner that wasn’t seasoned enough.

Pours a murky orange; moderate lacing, light head. General sweetness, some mango on the nose. Upon the tongue, a sharp citrus bite that mellows into a mango/melon profile, hints at tangerine. Mouthfeel is soft, dissipates like cotton candy, but it sharpens once more in the finish. Overall, a very decent NE.
