Drinking this at The Briar Creek Beer Garden in Raleigh NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks golden yellow with a nice foamy white head that dropped to a thick cap.
Smells lightly crackery, floral and lightly spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice Kolsch that I might order again.

16 oz can 6/27/18 from Carolina Beer Temple, a cloudy orange with a one finger white heat that dissipates slowly. Aroma is light lemon zest and crackers. The taste is fairly mild, mainly light grass, zest, and bread. The mouthfeel is medium, carbonation medium low. Quaffable, would like to try it with less months on it, or at the brewery.
