On draft at Mellow Mushroom Greensboro. Fantastic hefeweizen. Great head retention and dense soapy lacing on the glass. Some streaming carbonation. Aromas and flavors of big banana, bubblegum, clove, peppercorn, pear, apple, white grape, wheat, biscuit dough, herbal, grass, wood, and yeast earth. Light-med bitterness, peppery yeast spice, and yeast/wheat tang/tartness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body. Balanced creamy/grainy wheat and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Refreshing/drying finish. Fairly crisp. Very flavorful for 5.2%. Spot on style example. Loved it.
