Dashboard Hula Girl starts with our base wheat beer recipe. We then add copious amounts of pineapple and coconut late in fermentation to create the wonderful, tropical flavors that make this beer so popular with our fans. The pineapple creates a tangy effervescence as your sip begins, then the coconut wraps it up with a mild, smooth finish. Both of these additions meld perfectly with the well balanced beer that the Hallertau hops creates.
